usah4 Posted January 8, 2017 Report Share Posted January 8, 2017 Hello. So my husband is on H1 visa and me and my son are on H4. We had our Visa extended and received the approval. Just recently my husband went to India to get his H1 visa restamped. My son and I haven't got it restamped yet. My question is whether I can get it restamped while I'm in the USA?
