I140 Revocation

I have an approved I140 with a priority Date of Mar 2011.

There was a proposed amendment that restricts employer to revoke I140 if I change my employer. (Effectively I can retain my priority date)

I'd be grateful to know if the amendment was approved.

This is not an amendment or law. It is a regulation that goes into effect on Jan. 17. However, because it isn't law, the new President can revert it pretty easily.

PD retention has always been possible.
