H1 transfer

Hi,

I haveI-140 approved by employer A but giving problems not giving "Employment letter" on time etc... due to this my wife & son stuck in India. It's been more than 6 months, my employer playing game.

Is it okay to transfer my H1 while trump is taking the office in January 2017. Will there be any problem for my future labor and I-140 ?
