H1b Denied message now turn to approved message

Hi, 

My employer applied for my h1b this year, I got pick up in the lottery, but it was denied on September 2016, then my employer file MTR on October 2016, I recently checked my old receipt number, and it turned from " We mailed a denial decision notice for your Form I-129 Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker." to " On December 6, 2016, we approved your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxx. We will mail your approval notice ". Does it mean my H1b petition was approved? Thanks
