Joe03 Posted November 28, 2016 Report Posted November 28, 2016 I have changed client within MSA in January 2016, H1B petition extension with new LCA was applied in January 2016 and H1B petition was approved with my Employer I'm planning to go to H1B stamping in Dec 2016.Is any H1B amendment required? Please advise.
