H1B Restamping after Employer Change

Hello All,

I have a stamped H1B valid till Jan 2017 from Employer A. I am currently in India.

If I get my petition transferred to Employer B so will I be able to :

1) Will I be able to travel to USA on the current stamping ( done through Employer A), if I travel before Jan 2017 ?

2) If I am unable to travel by Jan 2017. Then if I go for re-stamping (through Employer B). Will I be eligible for drop box ?
