forumahi Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 Hi, I will completing my H1-B 6 years by April 2017, after that I am converting to h4 ead. here my question can I apply new h1-b in April 2018? Am i eligible to apply new H1-B? As I am not going stay out of usa for 1 year.
