Compelling Reason for EAD

Hello, 

I am seeking help in applying for EAD based on "Compelling Reason" after I140 Approval. I had kidney transplant in Pittsburgh, PA and wife donated me Kidney. Let me know if this can be an one off the "Compelling Reason" and I can be qualified for early EAD application.
