dpnctl Posted November 1, 2016 Report Share Posted November 1, 2016 hi my application was thru the lottery in 2008, however because of some issues the H1B agent didnt help me file a petetion in 2008. I do have the applicaiton number and rejection letter too. Today another agent was saying that it is possible to request USCIS to reopen the case now in 2016, is this true? I did read on these forums that 30-33 days is only given to file a petition. Link to comment
