Interview waiver program

Hello All,

My previous H1B Visa was expired on 30th September 2015 and in April 2016 I availed the interview waiver / drop box option for stamping  of H1 and H4 for dependents.

My new H1B and H4 for dependents Visa are again expired on 30th September 2016 but extended again and I am going to India in Jan 2017. Petitioner is the same. Can I avail the interview waiver program again in Jan 2017? 

Any information would be very helpful.
