Visitor Visa for Parents

Hi Experts 

 

I am looking for some help on filing my parent's B2 Visa to  Bombay Consulate.

My parents appear for B2 Visa for more then 4 times in last few years and get denied (with No denial reason), but in last conversation, officer gave hint that information about my siblings are set up wrong in their system.

Office said, according to system I do have a sister lives in USA, but actually i dont have any sister at all. How can we correct this information in their system.

Is they any other way to get resolve the issue.
