H1B in Transfer, H4 re-entry

Hello,

         I am working for Employer A on H1B (Valid till August 2017) and my wife is on H4. She has traveled to India (H4 is valid till August 2017) and now I have changed to Employer B , H1B transfer application is with USCIS. I have started working for employer B.

1. Can she travel back to USA when my H1B transfer is in process.

2. If my H1B Transfer is approved before my wife come to USA, does she need to have new VISA stamping.

Please guide me accordingly.

1. She needs your H1 petition approval with B. Hence convert to PP. you can pay the PP fees if the employer balks.

2. No new visa required.
