vaimurthy Posted October 12, 2016 Report Posted October 12, 2016 Hi, I came to US on L1B on 2010 and later converted to L1A on 2014. I was working as manager in India between 2009 to 2010(15 months). I wanted to know whether i am eligible for EB1 category of Green card. Some people as saying that L1B is specialist category and that masks my EB1 eligibility. Please provide clarification.
