I am hearing that in October visa bulletin, priority dates may move until 2011. Can i hire you directly for filing green card i 485 application without requesting my employer? Is there any complexity by ignoring employer for filing 485? Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted September 6, 2016 Report Share Posted September 6, 2016 Please contact the firm using contact details on their site. You can retain any lawyer to file the AOS and in fact it is your remit though some employers do pay for the process. Link to comment
