Different Job title and different responsibilities from previous job , can we use Prioirty date from previous job ?

I am in a situation where I am with employer A as consultant. I have applied my GC LCA and I-140 is approved couple of years back, in labor title was Programmer/Software Developer -- I was working as developer.


My current client is offfering fultime but the job title will be "Quality Engineer" where the responsibilties will be more of QA.  If I apply GC with my client up on taking offer, when applied for GC will I be able to port the previous PD though I have different job title and job responsibilities.. will there be any problems ?? Please kindly advise me..
