l1bhelp
Hi , I came to US in Mar,2010 in L1B VISA with Employer A. Then got my H1B with Employer B and started working from Oct,2013. Got my I140 (EB2) approved in Sep,2015. As my initial H1B was expiring 2016,Sep, got my H1b Extended from Employer B until 2019. The extension is based on i140 as i have already been in US for 6 Years. Now if i want to take another oppurtunity from Employer C who would sponsor my H1b and GC eventually, what are the odds. 1- When my Employer C files H1b, would they get 3 years same as what i have now(until 2019). 2- Not sure but if Employer B revokes I140 , would my H1b immediately invalidates? Or am OK? Appreciate your time to provide some suggestions. Link to comment

pontevecchio
1. You will be entitled to a 3 year extension. 2. The 3 year extension stands. Link to comment
