reks.sastra@gmail.com
HI, One of my friends is a H1B visa holder and is intending to visit India for a short stay. We recently got to know that he would need to go through visa stamping and it would need more than a week process. Please advise whether we really need visa stamping to be done. Also, note that he is an Indian citizen. He is intending to visit Singapore/Hong kong which has visa on arrival entry. Does he have to go through visa stamping even in a third country to enter US again after the short stay of 2-3days. Link to comment
shekar11#
If you have to enter US after you exit you need to have a valid US visa stamping to come back. Does not matter if you are going out for 1 hour or 10 years. The rule is the same. Link to comment
