My H1B petition was not selected last year as well as this. The company I work for is S. Korea based and my HR said that I qualify for E2 visa though my home country, India, does not have a treaty with USA. I have read a few forums about this and the opinions are varied. Can someone throw some light on whether an Indian national working for a Korean company qualifies for E2 visa? Your answers are much appreciated. Thanks in advance! Link to comment
