Brother traveling on B1/B2 Visa

Hi, 

 

My brother is on a business trip with his company in Canada and will be visiting us to the US for 3 days and traveling back to Canada. 

 

He has a US B1/B2 10 year visa from his previous company which is still valid. From whatever I have read online there should be no issue of him traveling to the US for 3 days. If someone has a similar experience or more knowledge about this - can you please provide your input? 

 

Also, should I send a signed letter which will tel the immigration officer that he will be staying with us and we will be taking care of his finances. 

 

Any other points to keep in mind?
