usa123india Posted June 9, 2016 Report Share Posted June 9, 2016 i worked as Manager overseas for 1 year and then came to US on L1A but my company not filling green card in EB1 during those days so they transfer my visa from L1A to H1B and file green card in EB2. I have 1-140 approved. since 4 years. I think I am eligible for EB1 now even I am on H1b Can my company file second I140 in EB1? your early response would be appreciate. Link to comment

cap-gap Posted June 9, 2016 Report Share Posted June 9, 2016 the punctuation and grammar makes it very hard to understand what has been done and what is going on in your case.. it looks like you have been employed in US for at least four years now..and that disqualifies you from the basic rule of Eb1c..you know which rule I'm talking about right?
