sandy431 Posted May 19, 2015 Report Share Posted May 19, 2015 Hi - Im planning to do H1B Transfer after MAY 26th from Employer A to Employer B, " USCIS Suspend Temporarily premium process Starting May 26th .But this temporary suspension of premium processing will only apply to petitions requesting an extension of H1B status".But I'm still eligible for Premium Process for H1B Transfer? JoeF Posted May 20, 2015 Report Share Posted May 20, 2015 It applies to H1 transfers. This is obviously because of the H4 EAD that starts on May 26. They need the examiners to process the EAD applications. Link to comment
