Guys who got approval - 

  Can you let us know how you found out about it? Did your attorney tell you or did the USCIS website show it was approved? Or is USCIS website showing same message as before?

Yes it is now displayed in uscis website.. Call you attorney and ask them to talk them to immigration officer if it is applied under premier processing.. Thx

My status changed to RFE response in review . Mine is California center.

Mine also changed to RFE response review. Even though my original petition was in PP, the RFE response review is showing a 60 day SLA. Is that normal. Shouldn't it be 15 days

My Employer also responded to the 2nd RFE on Oct-21-2013 under PP and since then no status update on the USCIS website. Its almost 15 days and I am really worried.

I think Maybe thats how they show for PP as well. Another question I had is if your original petition was applied in PP, wont RFE also be automatically processed in PP

It's been 20 days for me now and still the message is same. 

My attorney too is not following up with USCIS.

This is highly frustrating.

@ambi, this message means RFE and sent to your employer. This happened with me and employer is saying it was simple and replied. Not sure what going here :( .

ToDay is My 20th day....My Attorney says he don't want to call them because they are not going to give any info, he just says just wait and see.

 

Is it true?  Are they not going to give any  info if attorney calls them?

@ Crue, Nope, i have not received any approval today. In my case my employer was not able to get the Client letter so not sure if that will be approval or Denial.

I think looking at your user ID we are from the same....even my recruiter is providing a very little information. They are saying they dont have any idea about it.

Crue. Mine is First RFE and it was responded 20 days back in PP but no response as of now. I talked to my employer and as per then there can be a second RFE or Approval but they dont have any idea..

My visa was filed on 18 October I was able to see it till next few days(3-4) in acceptance state. After that I started getting the same error as everyone above i.e "

No news for me yet. My employer hasn't heard back from USCIS nor have i recieved any RFE mail. can you please tell me what is the email id from which we recieve a RFE?

Hoping to see changes soon as I am nearing the 15 days time. Mine is a transfer case under PP.

I think even I'm in the same boat...Its been 20 days since I responded to my RFE  under PP.
