pramak9
Biometrics Done on Nov 09, 2011 December 05, 2011: Recieved email and when checked my status online "EAD cards are under production". I-131 AP is approved and sent a notice in mail. Got an RFE for both. Requesting "copy of orginial birth certificate". In my case (primary) i submitted copy of my original birth certificate clearly in english but USICS still had a RFE. For my wife just submitted affidavits from family friends and waiting for Non-availabilty from the local municipality. Is this common to get an RFE for both even though dependant is missing documents.? Link to comment
