yk2000
I have an H4 to F1 COS pending and my H4 will be expiring soon. Additionally, I have an I-485 also pending. Is advised to file for a B2-bridge? Quote Link to comment

pontevecchio
Have you filed for AOS and do you have the receipt? Quote Link to comment
newacct
USCIS no longer requires bridging extensions in COS to F1. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
With a pending I-485 it is not possible to change to F1. The F1 does not allow immigration intent, but the I-485 shows immigration intent. If you want to study you can do that just fine with just the pending I-485. Quote Link to comment
