Request for information on H1B

My sister got H1b approval in 2013 Dec while she is in USA on dependent visa. She worked from 2014 Jan to 2017 Jan on H1b and converted to H4 due to pregnancy.  Unfortunately now she was divorced and moved back to India (as she dependent visa H4B no longer exists). Now from India can she find an employer and apply/use her existing H1B (as she used only 3 yrs of her H1b out of 6 yrs) OR she has to apply/comes under  for new H1B - Quota (as 6 yrs on her H1b was completed). 

Need suggestions on her H1B -  if her H1B 6yrs completed means next year she can apply for new H1b quota or apply with her existing H1b.

If your sister can find an employer, her new employer will be able to file her transfer with her previously approved H1b.  Good Luck.

She need to find an employer who can petition for her.

She can use her previous H1b. She do not need to go to quota again.
