Rizi
Hi, I received my H1B last year in Oct'20 for 3 months only with I-94 expiring on the same date. So my employer A filed the extension in normal. After 2 months, I got an offer from company B, but since premium was closed so joined company B on transfer receipt. So, company A withdrew the H1B extension. Now, I have received RFE for Company B transfer with normal processing. Also, I have a good offer from company C who wants to file H1B transfer for me in premium. 1. Here, should I first file the company C premium transfer and not respond to RFE at company B? 2. Will it become bridge petition and approval of C depends on approval of B? 3. If company C files in premium, will it still wait for the result of company B? 4. I want to join company C, what should be done to move forward? Quote Link to comment

Zodiac System
Company B employer, while responding to your RFE can now upgrade your extension petition to premium, simultaneously. Company C can also file your petition in premium, so both the petitions can get approved. Lets see what other experts advise. Edited September 14, 2020 by Zodiac System Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
C is applying after your I94 expiry and I feel B submitted before I94 expiry. In that case C depends on B. Quote Link to comment
