H1B Transfer RFE and Bridge Petition

Hi,

I received my H1B last year in Oct'20 for 3 months only with I-94 expiring on the same date. So my employer A filed the extension in normal. After 2 months, I got an offer from company B, but since premium was closed so joined company B on transfer receipt. So, company A withdrew the H1B extension. Now, I have received RFE for Company B transfer with normal processing. Also, I have a good offer from company C who wants to file H1B transfer for me in premium.

1. Here, should I first file the company C premium transfer and not respond to RFE at company B?

2. Will it become bridge petition and approval of C depends on approval of B?

3. If company C files in premium, will it still wait for the result of company B?

4. I want to join company C, what should be done to move forward?
