Purush.Mania Posted April 9, 2020 Report Share Posted April 9, 2020 Employer A (current employer is contracting) have my H1B Extension applied in Premium and got RFE couple days back.I have another employer (Fulltime Role) who filed h1B transfer in Regular Process couple days back and got receipt and they are asking me to join on receipt.Is it safe to join on receipt considering its regular process and my I94 is expired recently ? I feel you are taking risk joining full-time on receipt but you need to weigh the risk and you need to take your personal decision. Quote Link to comment
