Issues Facing in DS 160

I need urgent help in this .

While filling DS 160 , Security and background check part 3 , there are two questions as shown in Picture 1 , I filled them as No , but when I go to the review section I can't see those questions instead they are replaced by some other questions as shown in Picture 2. So will that cause any issue  in my interview

Should not be an issue. As anyways you answered NO to the questions.

It might be a bug. I guess in contact section you will have email id. Send a mail to them or do not worry. Wait till 2 business days of your visa interview and then submit it.

I have had the same problem. However, I went ahead submitted the form without any issues. Couple of my friends also had the same issue and everyone got their stamping.
