Rchamdoure
I came to the USA with my wife and daughter in July 2018 on J1 and J2 visas, respectively. In March 2019, our VISA status changed to H1B and H4, respectively. We haven't left the USA since July 2018. I will be applying for an H1B visa stamp in India in April 2020. My question is if I submit our DS160 form today for the visa interview in April 2020, then in the length of our previous stay in the USA section, should I put the duration from July 2018 till today (i.e., Nov 2019) or from July 2018 till April 2020 (i.e., when we will appear for our visa interview)? Thanks. Edited November 25, 2019 by Rohit Farmer Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
I always keep when we appear for interview. I take into consideration when I go out of USA. Quote Link to comment
