RajeshS Posted November 5, 2019 Report Share Posted November 5, 2019 Is there an impact to obtaining citizenship with the new law from current administration on using public funds in the case of claiming state unemployment benefits? Specifically, I have filed N400 and completed biometrics and awaiting interview date. If I file for unemployment benefits that I am recently entitled to, and there is no impact to citizenship, what should my argument be when asked by USCIS? Thanks .. Quote Link to comment
