H1B stamping with misdemeanor fourth degree unauthorized use of property

Hi,

Please advice if anyone encountered this issue.

Around 4 years back I was convicted for unauthorized usage of property(fourth degree misdemeanor), this case was sealed around 3 years back. Will there be any problem if I go to india for stamping and what are the documents which I need to carry related to the case. I have original documents (sealed document from court, community service letter, court initial case doc )

In the court document it says the case is sealed and is treated like never happened.

What should i answer for 

Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty, or other similar action?

in DS160 ?

FYI i have not been to jail or arrested  while this issue happened. I filled out some paper work and asked to appear in court.

You do not mention what exactly happened. In all such cases, my inclination is to get lawyers take on the situation and give truthful answers to any questions.
