Both the clients are in just 1-mile distance( Same MSA and same ZIP code) and same job duties. Do I need to file an amendment for this client change or LCA and commutable distance process is enough? My employer encouraged me to do so, Can someone help me to understand the procedure? - Your employer must guide you and they need to do it.
