H1B transfer with I140

I have been working on H1B for 8 years and I have approved i-140 with employer A , which was approved in Mar-2017.

I am planning to change to employer B.

After changing new Employer my current employer A would revoke i-140 , I know i-140 still active as it passed its 180 days already and will get benifit of h1b extensions.

But After changing my new employer B, employer B is not initiated Green Card and lets say employer B laid off for some budget reason, Can I change my employer to employer C, I don't have i-140 approved from employer B.

 

Is it possible to switch multiple employers with one approved i-140(more than 180 days - mar-2017) .
