Sridhars
I got my H1B fresh petition approval today with following information, [The California Service Center has approved the following I-129 Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker that had been filed under the Premium Processing Program: H1B --- "Starting Validity Date: 07/01/2019" and "Ending Validity Date: 09/30/2019" --- ] It is reflecting 3 months, so is it meant that I can stay only between these dates in US? I'm in India, I didnt get complete information from my employer till now. Is it possible to do any thing and extent the validity before going for visa stamping? What is the next step should I follow. Please help me. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
I guess you can apply for H1B extension. When you planning to attend H1B stamping? Quote Link to comment
