We have not submitted I-485 as I-130 is still pending. I am currently in the US under H1b VISA. I am wondering if I can still travel outside the US with my H1b VISA while my I-130 is pending? If so, will travel have any impact on my I130 application (as I94 information may change after travel)? Thank you for your help! Quote Link to comment
