sreesathya
Hi Team, My H1B extension has been denied last night (10/31/2018) and yet to receive the notice(May take 7 days to receive notice). I just saw this denial status update in online. Also currently i am in disability leave due to acute back pain and i could not be treated due to my pregnancy as i am 4 months pregnant. My I94 got expired on Apr 18,2018. My spouse company is filing for my H4 by tomorrow(11/2/2018) at the earliest. Will this case be valid and can i continue to stay here with H4 petition that will be applied tomorrow or am i considered as illegal stay. Please guide me on what to do at the earliest possible. It is a tough time for you. But if there is any chance just got to Canada and get H-4 stamped. But if it is not possible because of medical reasons then your spouse company can file for H-4 with that reason. Link to comment
