Response Time for RFE H1 stamping

I came to USA in 2014 on H4 with my husband and then got my H1 in the same year in October. I did not travel to India for the past 4 years after  I got my H1.

I am planning to travel to India for a family occasion and also to get my H1 stamping done in Chennai for the first time. 

I DONT'T HAVE MY CLIENT LETTER. BUT VENDOR HAS ADVISED THAT HE CAN GET A CLIENT LETTER IN CASE OF AN RFE .

IF I RESPOND TO THE RFE NEXT DAY WHEN WILL I GET MY STAMPING DECISION?

how immediately after i respond to the RFE will I be getting my stamping DECISION?

Generally 3 to 5 weeks.

Please get the reality picture before going to stamping. RFE is not solved in matter of days. It will take weeks. Please plan accordingly.
