H1 approved with out I94 . want change H1 to H4

Hi 

My Employer A H1 Revoked on August 29th . Employer B applied H1 on September 11th I got H1 approved but with out I94 on Sept 26th 2016 to Oct 2017. I have valid visa of employer A till 08/2017.

 

The questions I have are:

1) Is there any way i can get the new I -94 with out exit the country as i am pregnant  women doctor suggested not to travel.

2) if option 1 not possible i am planing to convert H1 to H4 visa My Husband got H1 this year. he started working from Oct 1st 2016 .Just completed 1 month still no pay stub generated according his employer he will get his first month pay stub on December 15th for him. With out paystub can we apply cos for H1 to H4

3) I am on out of status from August 29th?

4) In case if will go Canada   Is there a high likelihood of a denial?

5) I applied Canada visa but it is getting delayed In Case if  go out of country  India do i need go and  get new visa stamped?

if option 1 and  2 is not possible then I want to go for 4 and 5 either of the one

Do you have an actual job on the H1? If so go to the Mexican border at TIJUANA and return with a new I94.

Mexico has Zinka virus affected. As pregnant my doctor not suggesting me to travel Mexico or  Mexican border  that is the reason i am looking any possibility of option 1 or 2.

You are not going to enter Mexico. You will cross the turnstiles and make a U Turn and return on the basis of your H4 visa with a new I94. What is your gestation  status?

Where exactly are you based in the USA?

I am in 23 rd week ( 6 month).I  am in New York. 

I am on out of status from August 29th?

Tijuana option is the easiest. You will just walk across and border and return. But this will take 2-3 hrs since there is a queue for I94.

The other option is to apply for a Canadian visa and do the same at Vancouver since you are worried about zika. 

I am assuming you are located in CA.
