This is not an question but an observation. Why PERMs are getting processed so fast? we are in June and already feb month PDs are getting processed? Do you foresee any -ve impact in overall GC processing timeline because of this?

If you are inquiring if the current DOL processing times are an indicator of priority date movement, there generally is not a relationship between the two.
