zealnlife Posted June 1, 2016 Report Share Posted June 1, 2016 Hi, My husband ( H1 with i-140 approved) has recently invited his parents( sent all needed official documents for the interview) and they got their Visa approved. So, i would like to know if i can invite my parents while i am on H4 EAD or only should my husband send his documents? Thanks in advance!! Link to comment
