Experience with current employer - Eb3 - Eb2

Hi,

 

I need expert advice, it will be appreciated if anyone can answer my concern. My situation is as follows:

1)      

I got my perm approved under EB3

2)      

I have three years of experience before joining my employer and nearly 6 years with my employer. I left my employer in Oct 2014

3)      

I stopped working from Oct 2014 – Apr 2016. I joined my employer back in May 2016.

4)      

Want to understand if 6 years’ of experience with my employer will be considered if I re-apply perm under EB2
