simple_guy Posted May 27, 2016 Report Share Posted May 27, 2016 Finally I landed with a full-time offer. I am with Company A with approved I-140 from 2012. Now Company B (Non-Profit) has offered me a full time offer. Company B will be sponsoring H1B and then PERM, I-140 leading to GC. Well, hypothetical situation that I should consider, If I land another job before I-140 is approved by Company B or they fire me. (anything can happen) Can Company C (For profuit or Non-Profit) sponsor H1B with my original I-140? or I am out of luck and has to end my career here and go back to India? What would be my options? This is all considering Company A has not revoked my I-140. Thanks Link to comment
satish.sap970 Posted June 16, 2016 Report Share Posted June 16, 2016 If your I140 is not revoked then you can get N number of 3 years extensions on H1B (till your PD is current) with any employer as long as they are willing to sponsor you.. Link to comment
