krishna85 Posted May 25, 2016 Report Share Posted May 25, 2016 I changed the project in Feb and filed H1b extension with amendment as my H1b is expiring in August 2016. I got an update today saying the petition got denied. Can I know what will happen to my status? Can I still work with new client as my H1b is expiring on August 2016? If I cannot work, what is my next course of action? Any inputs is greatly appreciated. Link to comment
