H1b Extension with Approved I140 and no Vendor or Client letter

Hello Experts,

 

My current I94 expires in next few months. I just joined a new project (Employer - Vendor - Preferred Vendor- Client). 

 

Client and Preferred vendor are not going to provide letters. We are struck filing with a single vendor letter. I am going to file in premium processing by next week. This would be my 9th year of extension.

 

What are the chances of my H1b getting approved without and RFE?

 

Should I move to other project ?

 

 

 

Please advise.

Wow...there are very less chances of approval. Find another project NOW....
