Traveling back to India with US born baby - Sponsoring

We are planning to travel back to India and not sure whether we will come back or not. It depends upon my job and H1.If i get H1 again we will come back if not we will stay there only. My kid born in US and having US passport. If at all we want to come back after few years can he sponsor for us? If yes at what age he is eligible to sponsor and what is the process for that. What are the dependencies and pre requisites that needs to met. Please let us know.

The child would have to be at least 21 years old to sponsor you for a GC.

As I said, a US citizen 21 years or older can sponsor his or her parents for a GC as immediate relative. The forms are the ones for family-based GCs, I-130, I-485 and supporting documents.
