cpremraj Posted May 20, 2016 Report Share Posted May 20, 2016 Hi, My wife has applied for H4 to H1 COS. But she had to travel to India in between so her H1 approval came without i94. She has got her H1B stamped in 2008. But she never travelled to USA on H1. Now my question is can she go for H1 stamping in Mexico/Canada as this is not her first H1 Stamping or should she visit home country for stamping ? Please suggest. Regards Prem Link to comment
