sshiny Posted May 19, 2016 Report Share Posted May 19, 2016 Hello, Would like to know what needs to be filled in the surname field in DS-160 if the passport doesn't have anything in the surname field. The given name has both the first and last names in the passport. The FAQ for DS-160 instructs to fill the surname and given name as given in the passport. Since the surname is mandatory, it can't be left blank. Please let me know what can be done. Link to comment
