H1B Transfer

Hello my H1B Transfer is in progress, USCIS has received the petition on Jan 20, 2016.as per the current processing time of Vermont Processing center i am expecting the response by July or August.My question is in case if my client project is over before my H1B decision what options i will be having at that time.My employer is not ready to do it in premium as they do not have client and middle vendor letter.

 

1) Will i be out of status or i can change to a different client with amendment ?

2) Since my previous employer has already revoked my old H1B, what if RFE comes and i am no longer with that client ?
