krc19 Posted May 13, 2016 Report Share Posted May 13, 2016 Wage determination applied on 4/15, my lawyer is saying we will need to apply again after July 1st, as wage determination/salaries gets updated on July 1st. My questions are,(I never heard of this before as this is my second time process), Does prevailing wage really only valid till June 30th if we receive it back suppose by June 15th or May 20th? If I get PWD back after July 1st will it be valid? Link to comment
