H4 visa interview - client information - please help

My wife is scheduled to attend H4 visa interview at Hyderabad.

I work at client site, but my client is not issuing any client letter due to their policy restrictions. In this regard, if VO asks my wife about client, would she need to provide the name of the client company to VO? Can she say that she is not aware of the client?

If you have an email from the client saying they cannot issue client letter that shoukd be fine, she can show that email as proof, when is the interview? please let me know the outcome.

My suggestion is to get that in email that client policy restricts giving such letters to consultant. Besides this take a copy of your ID Badge + any organizational chart your client has. this might work. Send all these docs to your wife. Let everyone knows what worked and what did not in ur case.
